Olive Oil Loaf Cake + Citrus Rosemary Compote

Oh my goodness, you have to try this recipe - it is sooooo delicious!!! I've had it bookmarked for a while and finally got around to making it last night for our dinner with Ann. I wish I would have tried this recipe a long time ago, because I probably would have made it 10 times by now!

The Olive Oil Loaf Cake is moist and spongy. Just think pound cake, but much better!The Citrus Rosemary Compote is sweet and tart, with an earthy rosemary hint.
And together, the two make a perfect dish!Thanks for being our January dinner guest Ann!
